GWH makes $60,000 donation to Hunter Children's Research Foundation

GWH is incredibly proud to present a donation of $60,000 to the Hunter Children’s Research Foundation (HCRF) at our Sky Residences development this morning.

At the beginning of the Sky Residences project in June 2018, GWH pledged to contribute $1000 from each apartment sale within the residential development to charitable organisations, with one beneficiary being the HCRF.

An affiliate of the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI), the HCRF raise funds for important research into children’s terminal and debilitating illnesses within the Hunter Region.

Money raised by the HCRF stays in the Hunter to fund children’s research projects in areas like asthma, cancer, cystic fibrosis, diabetes and sleep disorders – illnesses that can affect any family at any time.

Jonathan Craig – Managing Director, Grahame Chevalley – Executive Director, and Hilton Grugeon AM – Director were joined by representatives from the board of the HCRF to formally present the donation to the hunter-based charitable organisation.

In alignment with our corporate responsibility to our region we couldn’t be happier to continue providing donations to charitable organisations that are making a significant impact to the lives of many living within the Hunter Region.

We were delighted to have the opportunity to present this donation to the HCRF and can’t wait to see the impact it will make within our local community.
